Because each of our branded products is custom-printed for you when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns. Of course, if your product is defective or arrives damaged in any way, we will do our best to make things right. Please email us at marketing@isc.org with any questions or concerns.

EU customers: your rights of withdrawal give you 14 days to cancel your order, starting from the delivery of the last item, and the ability to cancel your order until it has been fulfilled. Please contact us at marketing@isc.org for assistance.
